Wichtiger Hinweis!

Wir möchten euch noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass es eine Deadline für die maximalen Teilnehmer gibt!

Da wir bei dieser Veranstaltung etwas mehr Planungssicherheit benötigen, werden wir die hinteren 5 Tischblöcke erst freischalten wenn mind. 240 Teilnehmer bis zum 12. März 2012 bezahlt haben.

Bei nicht erreichen der Deadline gibt es somit 280 Sitzplätze + evtl. 24 Plätze für die Abendkasse
-> Gesamt kommen wir damit auf voraussichtliche 304 Sitzplätze.

Also ran an die Überweisungsformulare bzw. an die PayPal-Konten!

Wie sieht es aus, wenn die 240 nicht voll werden?
Die 240 sind ja nicht wahrscheinlich, dafür müsste praktisch alle angemeldeten noch bezahlen.
Wie sieht es mit einer Aufräumaktion für den Sitzplan aus?

Aufräumaktion wird sicherlich kommen, allerdings so 3 - 4 Wochen vor der LAN.
Die Gesamtgrösse verringert sich bei nicht erreichen der Deadline auf 280 Teilnehmer (Die hinteren 5 Blöcke, die schon ausgegraut sind fallen dann weg.
Mit voraussichtlichem Abendkassen-Block kommen wir dann auf 304 Plätze.

also auf jeder lan auf der ich bisher war ging es erst 2 wochen vorher richtig los mit den anmeldungen und bezahlungen für die sitztplätze, da viele noch nicht wissen ob sie kommen können oder überhaupt zeit haben. finde es eher nicht so gut eine deadline auf den 12.03 zu setzen zumal viele die news nichtmal lesen werden oder gelesen haben ;-) 10 tage oder 1 woche vorher fände ich besser ;-)

das fänden wir auch, problem is nur das wir zusätzliches equipment bestellen müssen wenn wir über besagte Marke kommen und das braucht leider diese Vorlaufszeit :/
