Hi

ich hab gestern auf meine neue SSD Windows 7 Enterprise installiert (die MSDNAA Version

) Jetzt habe ich im Windows Explorer gesehen, dass nach der Installation noch 69 GB von 111 GB zur Verfügung stehen. Mache ich einen Rechtsklick auf alle Ordner (auch die versteckten) habe ich ~ 15,5 GB verbraucht...

Die Systemwiederherstellungspunkte habe ich schon gelöscht. Jedoch hat das nur ~ 3 GB mehr Plattenplatz gebracht.

Hat von euch Windowsexperten noch einer eine Idee wo der ganze Speicherplatz hin ist?

Ich bin so langsam ratlos...

Du kannst auch mal die nicht mehr benötigten Daten vom Service Pack löschen.

wie viel gig RAM hast du?
Windows erstellt ein Pagefile, also die Auslagerungsdatei, die so groß ist wie das RAM, oder doppelt so groß.
Ich habe z.B. 16 Gig RAM und habe die Auslagerung deaktiviert, da ich die 16 Gig sowieso nie voll bekomme und daher keine Auslagerung brauche.
Somit habe ich 16 Gig mehr nutzbaren Speicher.

Edith: Soweit ich mich erinnere, hast du ja 8 Gig.. fällt mir grad so ein.

---> Computer, Rechtsklick, Properties (System) ---> Advanced System Settings ---> Advanced
---> Performance, Klick auf Settings ---> Advanced ---> Paging File

Du kannst es dir ja auf Deutsch denken

Genauer als ein Rechtsklick im Explorer ist, wenn du Software wie z.B. WinDirStat nutzt. (gibts auch als Portable-Version ohne Installation)
Bei mir hat das "hiberfil.sys" auch nicht wenig Speicher. Das ist die Datei, in der Windows den Status reinsichert wenn du in den Ruhezustand gehst. Die bekommt man weg, wenn man den Ruhezustand deaktiviret oder eben ein bisschen RAM ausbaut ;-)
Die hiberfil.sys liegt standardmäßig direkt im Root-Verzeichnis der Systempartition (also z.B. c:\hiberfil.sys)
