Weitere Features der LANrena High Voltage

Zuerst wünschen wir euch allen ein gutes, gesundes und erfolgreiches Jahr 2010

Zum Jahresanfang wollen wir nun einige weitere Features der LANrena High Voltage bekanntgeben. Zuerst wollen wir euch über das Rahmenprogramm und Nebencontest informieren.

BAR und Cocktailangebot:

Zusätzlich zum gewohnten Cateringangebot, werden wir bei der High Voltage eine Bar und Cocktailbar anbieten. Hier könnt ihr euch, ausser zu den üblichen Getränken wie Wodka, Bacardi, Whiskey usw. ausserdem noch an leckeren Cocktails verköstigen. Im Angebot werden wir folgende Cocktails haben:

Cuba Libre, Zombi, Caipirinha, Tequila Sunrise, Sex on the Beach
und als Non-Alk-Cocktail den Exotic Dream

Wer sich also von Spielen am Computer mal erholen möchte, oder einfach nur ein paar nette Smalltalks halten will, ist an unserer Bar bestens aufgehoben und mit leckeren Getränken versorgt. Die Bar wird abgetrennt von der Halle beim Chilloutbereich sein. So wird niemand gestört, und ihr könnt in Ruhe was trinken. Die Preise für die Getränke haben wir noch nicht festgelegt, aber wir wollen keinesfalls übertriebene Preise verlangen!

Chilloutbereich und Nebencontests:

Um euch abseits vom Zocken, Schlafen und auch Baraufenthalt genug Unterhaltung zu bieten, haben wir uns vorgenommen einen vielfältigen Chilloutbereich mit Konsolen- und Nebencontest anzubieten. Wir sind aktuell noch am genaueren Planen dieses Bereiches aber vorweg sei gesagt, das wir eine Konsolenecke anbieten werden, die mit Konsolen aus den vergangen 3 Jahrzehnten ausgestattet sein wird. Angefangen von "Super Nintendo" über die "Playstation" bis hin zur "Wii-Konsole" wollen wir euch mit dieser Timeline ein Turnier der besonderen Art anbieten. Dafür werden wir das altbekannte "Mario Kart" euch auf dem Super Nintendo, N64, Gamecube und Wii anbieten und daraus ein Turnier machen. Die Fernsehgeräte der einzelnen Konsolen sind ihrer Zeit natürlich auch angepasst.

Desweiteren haben wir ein großes Funmatch in Planung, in welchem Teilnehmer in verschiedenen Spielen (Geschicklichtkeit, Wissen, Activity...) gegen Organisatoren antreten können. Das ganze wird sich über das ganze Wochenende verteilen, aber ohne groß den Party-Ablauf zu stören. Wie das ganze dann genauer Aussehen wird, werden wir in einer extra News erklären.

Weitere Nebencontest werden wir euch im Chilloutbereich anbieten. Dazu zählen Tastaturpuzzeln, Rock-Band-Contest, Singstar-Contests usw. Bei allen Spielen werden wir versuchen durch Sponsoren Preise bereitzustellen so das ihr dort auch was gewinnen könnt.

So nun nach den ganzen Nebenaktivitäten während der LANrena High Voltage, und nicht das ihr noch denkt wir vergessen ganz das es noch eine LANparty ist, hier noch eine Ergänzung zu den...

Logenplätzen:

Die Logenplätze werden wohl wie angekündigt vollen Internetzugriff haben. Wir haben für die 40 Logenplätze 2*24Port Gigabitswitche, die mit jeweils 4Gbit im Trunk mit der Backbone verbunden sind. So dürfte für genügend Durchsatz gesorgt sein. Als weiteres Feature der Logenplätze habt ihr die Möglichkeit bereits um 19Uhr die Halle zu betreten, und somit dem großen Einlasstrubel zu entgehen. Ausserdem erwartet euch zu Beginn noch ein Willkommensgruß am Platz.
