Die M12II Modelle repräsentieren die modularen Versionen der S12II Serie. Mit diesen teilen sie die Elektronik, weshalb Leistung und Wirkungsgrad auf einem gleich hohen Niveau sind. Auch der Lüfter ist derselbe - eine gute Wahl, garantiert er doch einen sehr leisen Betrieb. Unterschiede ergeben sich lediglich bei den Einbaumaßen (das M12II ist 2 cm tiefer) und dem Kabelsystem, welches teilmodular und umfangreicher ausfällt.

Das Seasonic S12II ist 80 Plus-zertifiziert und bietet somit eine optimale Leistungseffizienz bei gleichzeitig geringem Stromverbrauch. Es besticht durch äußerste Zuverlässigkeit und Stabilität. Kondensatoren unterstützen die Hitzebeständigkeit und Leitfähigkeit des Netzteils. Durch einen 120mm kugelgelagerten Lüfter wird ein erstklassiger Luftstrom erzeugt, der für die richtige Kühlung sorgt.
